In his restaurant which reconciliates terroir and future, he receives regular customers, enlightened gourmets and passing guests who are charmed by his warm welcome, as well as the fine and varied dishes that have built up Lyon’s reputation. The team led by Françoise, the Chef’s wife, will offer you a demanding, rigorous and well-balanced cuisine in a typical and warm place. Give in to temptation with a rabbit cake, fine and light quenelle and as a final course, a floating island with the so-called Saint-Genix “Pralines” (caramelised almonds), all this nicely accompanied by a Côte-Rôtie or a Saint-Joseph!
